General Rules
Welcome to CarSalesIndia Forums. Here are the rules that apply to every member of this forum. In general the rules are simple, be kind, polite and respect other members opinions while discussing a topic. Use of Sexual content, abusive language, indecent words or rascist comments are strictly prohibited.
Spamming, Advertising and anything of commercial nature is strictly prohibited.
Personal information such as Contact numbers, emails or addresses are not to be shared in this forum.
Important: Do not use Chat style texts, SMS Language, Shortened words. Always be humble and write your posts in such a way that it is readable and no-one is offended.
Starting a New Topic?
Always search before you start a new topic. Do not start similar topics or topics which have been discussed before. Write a meaningful title for your topic. Make sure that the title is not too short or too long, and ensure that it abides by the rules. It will be much easier to respond to your question when you write a well descriptive topic and explain your question with as much information as you can. Also, make sure that your topic is in the correct forum.
Moderators will move topics which do not fit in a forum. Do not post the same topic in multiple forums.
Replying to a topic
When responding to topics or replying to topics via posts/quotes make sure to be as elaborative as possible. Do not use single word replies for topics.
Quote on a Message
The Quote feature in each message/reply is provided in order to enable a response to a particular post and not to the entire thread. This feature should not be used to reply to the topic.
Profile Image & Signature
When uploading your own profile image, ensure that you use your personal image or an image of your car. Any image which is deemed not to fit a public forum will be permanently removed.
When writing a signature, keep it simple and short. Do not write a long sentence, not only does it not annoy readers, it also affects readability of the forum. Again, ensure that your signature does abide by the rules of this forum and does not offend other users.

Where you have provided information/material fron an external website, please ensure that you are allowed legally to do that and are not violating their copyrights etc., Also you can provide referenced links to external websites. If you would like to make any suggestions or would like to advice the moderators, you can do so by posting a message in the Suggestions Forum.

Although the rules mentioned here are limited and not exhaustive, the moderators and administrators of this forum may add additional rules at any time. They may also act upon other issues not specified here but are deemed in violation of the general code of practice in any public forum.
